Your initial consultation will take 30-45 minutes since we need to find out about your injury and history, assess your body and formulate with you a plan on how to manage your condition.
We have longer appointments if you think your condition requires more time - feel free to ask the receptionist or select longer appointment times when booking online.
Follow-up appointments are either 30 minutes and will allow us to re-assess, treat and progress your management.

We service within a 5 km radius from our clinic in Oatley.
If you are not in our service area, give us a call and we can see what we can do.
We love driving around to help our clients but sometimes the transit time is too far!

You do not need a referral from a doctor to see a physiotherapist unless you are entitled to a GP management plan under
Medicare for chronic conditions or you are entitled to services under Veterans Affairs.
We do not provide physiotherapy to clients covered by Workers Compensation and Third Party Insurance.

On your first appointment please bring any referrals, scans or reports that may help us in understanding your condition.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing would be ideal.

If you have private health insurance, you can claim your health rebate on the spot meaning you only pay the gap.
For mobile home visits, we are unable to use our HICAPS machine so we will issue you with an invoice which you can claim easily through your health fund online or phone app.
Please note the amount paid by health funds depends on your level of cover, if you are unsure best to call your health fund.

Telehealth Consultations is a physiotherapy consultation using live-video conferencing where we assess, teach you to be your own physiotherapist and devise a treatment plan with video rehab exercises.
Telehealth Consultations are end-to-end encrypted and your session is not recorded
If we think you need hands-on treatment, we can either suggest you book in for an appointment at our clinic, organise a home-visit or teach your family/ partner how to treat you.
You will need to have WhatsApp and a webcam or smart phone to set up a consultation. You will receive a link when you book online and we will communicate with you via WhatsApp for troubleshooting if needed.
Prices are $99 for 45 minutes consultation and $70 for a 30 minutes consultation.
Telehealth is currently rebated by several Private Health Insurers with the 811 and 812 codes, we will provide you an invoice after you pay to claim through your insurance.
