Lana graduated from the University of Sydney with a Masters of Physiotherapy in 2012, after completing a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. She has spent this time refining her skills and broadening her knowledge through a wide range of courses and seminars in particular: Womens Health Physio courses and The Thoracic Ring Approach.

Her special interests include: treatment of the thorax/ ribs, neck, lower back and pelvis, sports and CrossFit injuries, Pilates, pregnancy/postpartum related pain and Womens Health concerns including: bladder and bowel (incontinence, overactive bladder/urgency, constipation) and pelvic organ prolapse.

Prior to being a Physiotherapist Lana had been in the health & fitness industry for over 10 years: She has been a Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist, Pilates Instructor and Exercise Scientist. Over the years Lana has gained invaluable manual therapy, exercise & assessment skills, continuously adding to her already broad skillset. She has worked with all types of patients including elite athletes, children and teens, elderly, and the general population. She has focused her workload on exercise rehabilitation and Pilates offering a unique set of treatments through specialised exercise programming and motor control retraining.
